Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 19.09.2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by NETAYAT LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating under the domain netayat.co.uk (“Site”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Site or request any services from us.

1. Company Information

NETAYAT LIMITED is a company registered in England and Wales.

Company number: 16390907

Address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ

Email: netayat@netayat.co.uk

Phone: +44 7547 800944

2. Scope of Services

We provide advisory, consultancy, registration, documentation, and related support services for private and commercial yacht owners, operators, and businesses. Service availability may vary depending on the specific request, jurisdiction, legal requirements, and the information provided by the client.

2A. Service Boundaries

We may coordinate document preparation, application submission, ownership transfers, UK radio licensing, and communications with relevant third parties. We are not a flag-state authority, maritime regulator, insurer, classification society, bank, or law firm. Final decisions remain with the relevant authority or provider.

3. Enquiries and Scope

Any enquiry submitted through the Site is treated as an expression of interest. We may contact you to clarify details, discuss the scope of work, and confirm whether we can assist with the requested service.

We do not operate an online booking system, and we do not charge separate fees for general enquiries, consultation requests, or appointment scheduling. Any project-specific commercial terms, if applicable, are discussed directly with the client and confirmed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information relevant to the service requested
  • Respond to our request for additional documentation or clarification promptly
  • Ensure that any information submitted is lawful, truthful, and not misleading
  • Be responsible for the accuracy and validity of documents supplied by you

4A. Orders, Acceptance, and Payment

An enquiry does not create a contract. A service engagement begins only when we confirm the scope and commercial terms in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, fees, third-party charges, and required disbursements must be paid according to the written engagement before submission or work begins.

We may decline or suspend an engagement where information is incomplete, misleading, unlawful, or raises a compliance concern.

5. Commercial Terms

We do not sell products online and we do not operate a booking or appointment-based fee model. We provide advisory and business support services, and any commercial arrangements are agreed directly with the client in writing where a project is formally accepted.

General enquiries, introductory discussions, and information requests are not treated as paid consultations or appointment bookings. Any work carried out under an agreed engagement remains subject to separate written terms and scope arrangements as applicable.

5A. Third-Party Costs

Government fees, registry charges, courier fees, translations, inspections, legal advice, and other third-party costs are separate unless the written engagement expressly says otherwise.

6. Changes to Enquiries and Scope

If you need to modify an enquiry, pause a project, or change the requested scope of support, please contact us as early as possible. We will review the impact on the agreed timeline and work plan. We do not charge separate fees for consultation or appointment requests, but any project-specific costs agreed in writing remain subject to the terms of that engagement.

7. Timeframes and Delivery

We will use reasonable care and professional diligence in performing the services requested. Any timelines are estimates only and depend on third-party processing times, external regulators, statutory requirements, and the completeness of the information supplied by the client.

We do not guarantee that any specific result, appointment, approval, or registration will be achieved by a particular date unless expressly agreed in writing.

7A. Events Outside Our Control

Delays caused by authorities, banks, technical providers, courier services, missing documents, regulatory changes, or events outside our reasonable control do not constitute a breach by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of our Site or services.

Our total liability in connection with any service or this Site shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for the relevant service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Providers and External Authorities

Some elements of our services may require coordination with third-party service providers, banks, registries, flag authorities, or other external organisations. We are not responsible for delays, refusal, or decisions made by such third parties, nor for any actions taken outside our direct control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, branding, layouts, and documents, is owned by or licensed to NETAYAT LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10A. Cancellation, Suspension, and Termination

Cancellation and refund arrangements for an agreed engagement are governed by the applicable written scope and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or an engagement where these Terms are breached, payment is overdue, or continuing would be unlawful or expose us to a compliance risk.

10B. Confidentiality

We handle non-public information shared for a service with reasonable care and disclose it only to people or organisations who need it to provide the service, comply with law, or protect our legitimate business interests.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging with us, you consent to the handling of your information as described in that policy.

12. Website Use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or to attempt to access data or systems without authorisation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
